Weekly Wind-Down Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you release the tension you didn’t even realize you were holding. Expect slow movement, longer holds, deep breathing, and moments of quiet that actually feel good. No fancy poses. No pressure. Just a cozy container to ground, soften, and reset—so you can begin your week feeling more like yourself.
